Larceny in the 148th overall pick lands the Bears a B, Parrish and all.

The Bears spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Jacob Parrish, the No. 122 name on the board, in Round 5, Pick 10. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want. The dealing tilted against them, just enough to notice. On the needs board they went 5 of 8, with interior defensive lineman the one that mattered most.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
