The Bears turned the phones into found money: A-.

There was a run on nobody at that position, and the Bears started one anyway for Tahj Washington, 150 picks ahead of schedule. Very little went wrong, and the A- is earned.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. The Stover pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with interior defensive lineman, running back and other spots still on the board.

The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

It is a haul that will look even better come September.
