The Bears spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Nicholas Singleton, the No. 99 name on the board, in No. 197.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped cornerback, which is a strange place to end up. Every board in the league had Sawyer lower, and that gap is the story.
