The Bears spent the pick that matters most on Caleb Williams, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape.

However the rest shakes out, Corum at that price is a win they earned. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. If Van Pran pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

The cornerback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

In the end it comes back to Caleb Williams, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
