The trade table was where it all came apart. The Bears shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill.

Caleb Williams is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Powers-Johnson pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

A rough weekend that leaves the roster with more questions than answers.
