Williams is the Bears' new face under center. Grade: D-.

Every swap seemed to tilt away from the Bears, and the value they bled adds up to real damage. Too much went sideways, and the D- is the honest tally.

Caleb Williams is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. However the rest shakes out, Guyton at that price is a win they earned. Reaching for Murphy left real value on the table behind him.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
