Larceny in the 59th overall pick lands the Bears a B, Starks and all. This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Malaki Starks, the No. 26 name on the board, stolen at pick No. 59. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.
It is not that Starks is a bad player; it is that the Bears had louder needs to answer first. For all the activity, cornerback went untouched, which is hard to explain.
Good work on the whole, with cornerback the one box left unchecked.
