A franchise passer in Williams headlines a B+ weekend for the Bears.

They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Caleb Williams is the Bears' quarterback, full stop. It nets out to a B+, which feels about right.

However the rest shakes out, Bullard at that price is a win they earned. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the edge rusher spot they never got to.
