The Bears worked the phones like thieves and earned a A-.

The Bears went off the board in a big way for Caleb Murphy, 38 picks early. Conviction is one thing; this is another. Very little went wrong, and the A- is earned.

However the rest shakes out, Franklin at that price is a win they earned. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through running back. The veteran additions, Cole Strange chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

In the end it comes back to Laiatu Latu, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
