The Bears clearly saw something nobody else did in Keith Randolph Jr., taking him 67 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. Whatever Caleb Williams becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped cornerback, which is a strange place to end up. Getting Orhorhoro where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

A rough weekend that leaves the roster with more questions than answers.
