Start where it matters. The Bears took Jayden Daniels to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. Some smart calls, some head-scratchers, and a C in the wash.

Getting Singer where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not.

Not a disaster, not a triumph, just a middling class.
