The phones sank the Bills this weekend: D-.

The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Bills reached some 64 spots for Kimani Vidal, and value like that does not grow back. It grades a D-, and the process earned it.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped linebacker, which is a strange place to end up.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Green. They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and linebacker is still a hole.
