You build a draft on nights like this. Savion Williams had no business being available in the 154th pick, and the Bengals did the only sane thing and turned in the card. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.

They punted on cornerback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same. The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.
