A costly weekend of dealing drags the Vikings to a D-.

The Bear Alexander pick is the one that will follow the Vikings into the fall. They took him 48 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Safety is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, quarterback very much included.
