The phones sank the Seahawks this weekend: D. The Seahawks did not so much draft Trey Wedig as overpay for him, 121 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend.
The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up.
Getting Majors where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The veteran additions, Myles Garrett chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.
A rough weekend that leaves the roster with more questions than answers.
