It is the swing that defines the weekend: J.J. Weaver in the 246th overall pick, a good 65 spots before the room expected him.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. The Jacobs pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.

Linebacker is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
