Jones should have been long gone. The Packers pounced, and earned a B.

The Packers did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Elijah Jones fell into the 243rd overall pick. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. They will need Bishop to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
