This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Bru McCoy, the No. 184 name on the board, stolen at pick No. 225. A near-flawless weekend of work, and a A to cap it.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. The Stover pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with interior defensive lineman, running back and other spots still on the board.

They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. Bishop has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

Few war rooms will sleep better than this one tonight.
