A respectable, level-headed haul for the 49ers: B-.

You can usually follow a front office's logic. This one is harder. The 49ers spent pick No. 98 on Mike Sainristil while running back, interior defensive lineman and other spots sat unaddressed. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

The running back spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Wiley steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

Haladay has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but running back.
