There was a run on nobody at that position, and the 49ers started one anyway for Jack Westover, 72 picks ahead of schedule. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B-.

They banked enough surplus on Oladapo to cover a lot of smaller sins. The 49ers indulged a want in Simpson while a need in interior defensive lineman and quarterback stayed open. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up.
