Larceny in the 197th pick lands the Bengals a B, Washington Jr. and all.

Call it larceny. Mike Washington Jr. sat on the board until the Round 6 slot, and the Bengals did not need to be asked twice.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
