Somebody in Round 7, Pick 25 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Seahawks sat still while Raheim Sanders, the No. 150 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. It grades a D, and the process earned it.

If Smith pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
