The Ravens clearly saw something nobody else did in Phillip Webb, taking him 164 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. Fine in stretches, shaky in others: a C+.

The Paul Jr. steal is the beam this whole class leans on. The wide receiver hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
