The Bills did not so much draft Jason Marshall Jr. as overpay for him, 25 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

They punted on offensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. It is not that Strong is a bad player; it is that the Bills had louder needs to answer first.

They banked enough surplus on Watts to cover a lot of smaller sins.
