A sensible, unshowy class lands the Bills a B+.

The one they had to fix is still broken. The Bills left linebacker untouched, and that omission hangs over an otherwise reasonable haul.

Getting Golden where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. Reaching for Robinson left real value on the table behind him. Derwin James Jr. gives the group a proven body among the projects.

The dealing nudged the ledger their way without much fuss.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
