The steal of the weekend belongs to the Bills and Thornton Jr.: B-.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Bills watched Dont'e Thornton Jr. slide 24 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

Spending an early pick on cornerback with linebacker, offensive lineman and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. That linebacker hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. They are betting Kennard proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Good work on the whole, with linebacker the one box left unchecked.
