This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Trey Amos, the No. 49 name on the board, stolen at the 251st overall pick. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

The wide receiver hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They went 3 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom. Their trades came out a wash either way.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
