Draft Grade — Titans
Overall
B
ValueB
NeedA
TradesB-
FutureB-
No fireworks, just a tidy B for the Titans. Everything else got attention, and edge rusher got none. That is a strange way for the Titans to leave a draft. More right than wrong, and a B to match.
The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
Pick Analysis
Pick3
Rnd1
Spencer Fano
In slot 3 they get a plug-and-play piece up front. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick34
Rnd2
Kayden McDonald
A clean, defensible pick in the 34th pick with a little surplus value in Kayden McDonald. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
Pick65
Rnd3
Darrell Jackson Jr.
A market-rate interior defensive lineman, with the board and the slot shaking hands on Darrell Jackson Jr.. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
