Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Jaguars spent the 88th overall pick on Jaishawn Barham, a name most had 33 spots down the list. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

The Jaguars indulged a want in Barham while a need in interior defensive lineman and quarterback stayed open. For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain. Getting Fisher where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
