The Seahawks let Washington fall into their laps, and walked away with a B+.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Seahawks watched Tahj Washington slide 47 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. The Solomon pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at edge rusher and quarterback. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

They will need Johnson to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
