A mixed bag for the Commanders, and a C+ to match.

The Commanders clearly saw something nobody else did in Ephesians Prysock, taking him 35 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. It nets out a thoroughly average C+.

For all the activity, tight end went untouched, which is hard to explain. They banked enough surplus on Moten to cover a lot of smaller sins.
