The Davison Igbinosun selection is the head-turner. The Commanders reached 39 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered. No fireworks, but a solid B.

Delp at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. A modest surplus at the table, banked quietly.

They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
