Nobody else had Dani Dennis-Sutton anywhere near pick No. 46. The Commanders did, by 36 spots, and that gap is the whole story. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. Landing Muhammad that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
