The real work happened on the phones. The Bears fleeced their trade partners, turning their picks into a noticeably bigger pile than they started with. A near-flawless weekend of work, and a A- to cap it.

The Pratt pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. However the rest shakes out, Hadden at that price is a win they earned. The Bears clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Olumuyiwa Fashanu and all.
