The rest of the league had time to spare on Jalen Thompson; the Jets did not wait, grabbing him 45 spots ahead at the Round 7 slot.

However the rest shakes out, Iamaleava at that price is a win they earned. For all the activity, running back went untouched, which is hard to explain. They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made.

The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

In the end it comes back to Caleb Downs, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
