You can draft well and still miss the point. The Bills did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to linebacker, which was the need that mattered most.

However the rest shakes out, McCoy at that price is a win they earned. The back end got a real overhaul.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
