A franchise passer in Mendoza headlines a D weekend for the Commanders.

The phones were a trap the Commanders kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal.

Every board in the league had Jatta lower, and that gap is the story. Fernando Mendoza gives the offense a face and a plan, and the grade leans heavily on whether he hits.

With edge rusher unsolved, spending premium capital on linebacker is the choice that costs them. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

On value alone, Muhammad makes the weekend a net positive.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and edge rusher is still a hole.
