Nothing loud, just a tidy B- for the Falcons.

There is a lot to like until you notice offensive lineman is still a hole. The Falcons never got to the one that mattered most. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

The Bishop pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes. The skill positions did well by the weekend.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but offensive lineman.

A market-rate wide receiver, with the board and the slot shaking hands on Rome Odunze. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
Pick43 Rnd2 Jonah Elliss
They paid sticker price for Jonah Elliss in the 43rd overall pick, and that is fine. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
Pick74 Rnd3 Johnny Wilson
No drama and no debate, Johnny Wilson went about where he belonged in the Round 3 slot. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
Pick109 Rnd4 DJ James
DJ James in pick 109 is fair value, right on his grade. Not urgent, but hardly pointless.
Pick145 Rnd5 Cole Bishop
Quietly one of the better values of the day, Cole Bishop at Round 5, Pick 9. Depth more than a fix, but depth they can use.
