The steal of the weekend belongs to the Bills and Tampa: D-.

The phones were a trap the Bills kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. The math is unkind, and the D- follows.

That linebacker hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. They banked enough surplus on Tampa to cover a lot of smaller sins.

They are betting the present roster is worth a lighter draft next spring.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and linebacker is still a hole.
