Draft Grade — Ravens
Overall C+
ValueC- NeedB- TradesB- FutureB-
The Ravens did enough to get by: C+.

Boards are made to be trusted, and the Ravens shredded theirs for Fadil Diggs. He came off 60 spots early, and the room will hear about it. A mixed bag that lands at C+.

The cornerback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes.

If Wyatt Milum and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.

Pick Analysis
Pick27 Rnd1 Wyatt Milum
In the 27th overall pick they get a cornerstone up front, though the board says they badly overpaid. The biggest hole, addressed.
Pick59 Rnd2 Josaiah Stewart
Quietly one of the better values of the day, Josaiah Stewart at slot 59. It fills a real need, too.
Pick91 Rnd3 David Walker
They talked themselves into David Walker at pick 91, and the board did not agree. The roster fit checks out.
Pick129 Rnd4 Kyle McCord
Kyle McCord slid further than he should have, and Round 4, Pick 27 is lovely value for the quarterback. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
Pick136 Rnd4 Que Robinson
Que Robinson at No. 136 is the pick scouts circle, and not in a good way. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
Pick176 Rnd5 Jalen McLeod
This one needs a full-page explanation: Jalen McLeod in the Round 5 slot, miles early. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Pick183 Rnd6 Fadil Diggs
Fadil Diggs at Round 6, Pick 7 is a steep price for a hunch, hard to square with any board. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Pick203 Rnd6 Woody Marks
Woody Marks in No. 203 is fine work, a shade of surplus and no downside. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
Pick210 Rnd6 Maxen Hook
A straight-up fair deal on Maxen Hook at the 210th overall pick, value and slot in agreement. Useful body for a position without much behind the starter.
Pick212 Rnd6 Karene Reid
By-the-book stuff, Karene Reid at pick 212 squarely in line with his ranking. Depth more than a fix, but depth they can use.
Pick243 Rnd7 Ethan Downs
They reached into another round for Ethan Downs, and the board is nowhere close to agreeing. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
