Draft Grade — Titans
Overall B-
ValueB- NeedB+ TradesB- FutureB-
The Titans finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a B-.

After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Titans committed. Cam Ward is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped running back, which is a strange place to end up. The Restrepo steal is the beam this whole class leans on. The Rogers reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.

Pick Analysis
Pick1 Rnd1 Cam Ward
Cam Ward in Round 1, Pick 1 is fair value, right on his grade. The roster fit checks out.
Pick35 Rnd2 Josh Conerly Jr.
By-the-book stuff, Josh Conerly Jr. at pick No. 35 squarely in line with his ranking. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
Pick103 Rnd4 Tai Felton
Fair-plus on Tai Felton, a quiet win that adds up over a draft. It fills a real need, too.
Pick120 Rnd4 Xavier Restrepo
Xavier Restrepo in No. 120 is a bargain the rest of the room will envy. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
Pick141 Rnd5 Kaimon Rucker
They paid up for Kaimon Rucker at the Round 5 slot when waiting would have done the job. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Pick167 Rnd5 Tommi Hill
The board had Tommi Hill higher than pick 167, and the cornerback fell to them anyway. A minor need, but a need all the same.
Pick178 Rnd6 Que Robinson
A reach for Que Robinson in slot 178; a little patience would have been rewarded. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
Pick188 Rnd6 Caleb Rogers
Caleb Rogers in the 188th pick is early enough to raise a brow, if not a full objection. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
