There is reaching, and then there is Tyreem Powell at No. 232. The Colts jumped the board by 112 and dared it to prove them wrong. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.

Spending an early pick on cornerback with wide receiver, quarterback and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. The wide receiver spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

Getting Neal where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made.
