For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Bears walked out of the weekend still thin at interior defensive lineman, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons.

Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
