The Ravens did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Jalon Kilgore fell into pick No. 152.

The Kelly pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They went 7 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.
