A sensible, unshowy class lands the Lions a B-.

The Justin Walley pick is the one that will follow the Lions into the fall. They took him 70 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

That Moore pick is the receipt they will wave around later. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped offensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up.

They left with cornerback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but offensive lineman.
