The 49ers let Ulofoshio fall and pounced. Final grade: D.

The trade table was where it all came apart. The 49ers shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill.

They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. The cost of the Sinnott reach is exactly the players who went right after him. On value alone, Ulofoshio makes the weekend a net positive.

They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

In short, the board sent warnings, and they will be hoping it was wrong.
