A sensible, unshowy class lands the Browns a B-. If confidence were a draft strategy, the Browns would have aced it. Sam M'Pemba at the 211th overall pick is 246 spots clear of where he belonged.
If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through interior defensive lineman. The Browns clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before. They gave back a little on the phones for the right to move.
Stockpiling next year's capital is patient, if unglamorous, asset work.
Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
