Draft Grade — Bills

FutureB-
Grand theft in pick 75: the Bills steal Isaac and grade out a B+. The Bills ran the phones like sharks, prying loose value on deal after deal until the ledger was lopsided. It nets out to a B+, which feels about right.
Leaving linebacker unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Isaac at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.
All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
Pick Analysis
Pick28
Rnd1
Brian Thomas Jr.
In the 28th overall pick they get a home-run threat at receiver. Exactly the need they had to hit.
Pick75
Rnd3
Adisa Isaac
They barely believed it either: Adisa Isaac still on the board at the Round 3 slot. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Pick128
Rnd4
Beau Brade
Beau Brade in the 128th pick is fair value, right on his grade. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
Pick163
Rnd5
Luke McCaffrey
Luke McCaffrey slid further than he should have, and slot 163 is lovely value for the wide receiver. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
