A sensible, unshowy class lands the 49ers a B-.

You can hear the double-takes from here. The 49ers took Oluwafemi Oladejo at slot 139, roughly 99 spots before his name belonged. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is Marks. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.

Offensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
