Daniels is the Bears' new face under center. Grade: A-.

The Bears spent the pick that matters most on Jayden Daniels, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape. Just about everything broke right, and the A- follows.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. They punted on running back, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

They will need Reiman to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

Few war rooms will sleep better than this one tonight.
